I’m sure if you’ve been reading that I’m big on setting goals. I’m working the current yoga goals into this post along with some other mini yoga goals of mine. I will share my progress with these in the future. (Watch your little monster grow up!)
Feel free to jump back to some helpful posts so you can start your own little challenges for…lots of things! Yoga, art, nutrition, social, etc. This is your life. I’ll be happy to help you piece it together.
Anyways, back to the mini goals! To stay on target for my long term goals I want to establish a healthy yoga schedule which will get me in the mindset to practice and not feel rushed. Here are my mini goals with some links to old posts.
- I want to find a new beginner yoga sequence.
- I want to practice a short routine to stretch when I get up in the morning.
- I want to pick an intermediate pose to work on.
- I will practice yoga 2x daily 3 days a week, but at least one time daily. (For a month to consider this goal a success.)
